There is also a section entitled “Self Help”. This is to aid you in the treatment of minor ailments. It is designed with current and past patients in mind – those that have an understanding of homeopathy and know how to use the remedies. It is not a DIY homeopathy guide. The remedies that are recommended are for acute ailments only. They are not necessarily recommended for someone with chronic ongoing symptoms. Use of the remedies in this way could lead to a worsening of the condition. Always see a qualified practitioner for chronic ailments.
